At Extinct On Impact, we stand by our customers as much as our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to ensure a hassle-free return or exchange experience!

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Please contact us before returning any products. Items that are returned to sender before reaching out to us first will not be accepted.  
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of fragrances such as cigarette odor and perfume. 
  • Exchanges and returns are only valid for US customers (unless incorrect or damaged item was received).

A Few Exceptions

  • We do not offer returns for products related to holidays or events (birthdays, Christmas, and so on).
  • We do not offer returns for sale/discounted items. 
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for personalized/customized items. 

Don't Love It?

  • No worries! Just pay the return shipping, and we'll refund you for the entire purchase of your product with no questions asked. Send us a message within a week (7 days) of delivery, and one of our friendly support mammals will be more than happy to help you out. Please note that products must be returned with their original packaging. 

Doesn't Fit?

  • We'll gladly offer you a free size exchange. Just contact us within a week (7 days) of delivery, pay the return shipping for your current item, and we'll send you a brand new size.

Want To Cancel Your Order?

  • To cancel your order, please contact us with your cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we'll immediately refund your payment. However, if your order has already been printed or shipped, we'll refund your payment as soon as we've received the item(s) back from you.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

  • We sincerely apologize for our mistake! Please reach out to us within a week (7 days) of delivery and we'll refund or replace your order ASAP.
